The Olympic outdoor pool is ideal for keeping cool in the hot summer months. It's covered and heated in winter so you can swim whatever the season. A minimum of two swimming lanes are open to the general public at all times. Toddler and dive pools are open during Summer.

Their Health Club is great for all levels of fitness and abilities. Make use of pin-loaded strength equipment, free weights and Olympic bars.

The Cardio Theatre is decked out with all the machines you'll need to get hot and sweaty: treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, steppers, rowers and more!
