Nestled on Marcus Clarke Street, Terra celebrates the primal beauty of cooking over flames, a balance between smoke, char, and honest produce. Founded by Anthony Iannelli and chef Sung Son, the restaurant is driven by a shared respect for high-quality ingredients and the craft of cooking with intention.

From the moment guests step inside, the rhythm of Terra unfolds. Whole chickens and scorched pineapples turning on a custom-built rotisserie from Western Australia, the soft crackle of charcoal, the scent of wood and spice in the air. The menu moves with the seasons: thoughtful daytime plates that evolve into refined, flame-grilled dinners, paired with minimal-intervention wines and timeless cocktails.

Textured walls and warm timber bring a quiet sophistication to the space, grounding the experience in comfort and authenticity. Terra is both a nod to tradition and a modern statement, a celebration of produce, people, and the magic that happens when fire meets food.
