Canberra Kanpai and Canapés

Event

This sophisticated celebration brings together more than 100 of Japan's most celebrated sakes and fruit liqueurs, expertly paired with an endless flow of refined Japanese-inspired canapés.

Guests will indulge in a three-hour premium tasting featuring a curated selection of sakes and fruit liqueurs, each chosen for its exceptional quality and character. Guided by sake masters, sommeliers, and recognised Sake Samurai, attendees will explore the nuanced flavours, aromas, and stories behind each pour.

Every ticket includes a handcrafted artisan sake cup (ochoko) to take home, serving as a lasting keepsake. Selected bottles will be available for purchase (delivery only) for those wishing to continue their sake journey at home.
