Mingle Marathon

Event

Experience Australia's international marathon walking event—a 42.2km journey where running is not allowed.

Participants are bused to the start, then walk back to finish at the National Film and Sound Archive.

Participants find it more enjoyable and rewarding than a traditional marathon run. You'll be on your feet longer than a traditional marathon and face some challenging terrain. Walk through scenic bushland while chatting with fellow participants, soaking in the environment, and making friends from around the globe.

This international event offers an accessible alternative to running a marathon, combining physical achievement with social connection and natural beauty.

Perfect for those who want marathon glory without the intensive running training.
