New Year’s Eve Dinner at QT Canberra

Event

Champagne first. Resolutions later.

High above the city, New Year's Eve strikes up the strings in the QT Lounge. A sparkling welcome. A long table lined with good company and plates made for sharing. The kind of evening that demands a toast.

As the quartet sets the tempo, champagne shimmers and conversation crescendos. Canapés arrive with perfect timing: Osietra caviar, tuna cones, Japanese egg custard and duck rillettes.

Matching wines from Lark Hill Winery accompany each course. Sous vide spatchcock with truffle butter and fire-kissed Tajima Wagyu. Then the cheese and dessert trolleys roll through, rich, ripe and impossible to resist. One indulgence leads to another. Think espresso crème brûlée, candied strawberries, gianduja chocolate cake and chocolate streusel.

The final notes fade. The volume rises. The dance floor calls.

Your ticket includes a glass of sparkling on arrival and at the countdown. As well as a shared set menu with matching wines from Lark Hill Winery and entertainment from a live string duo.
