With 28 loose‑leaf teas, cocktails infused with our specialty brews, and a tower stacked with savouries and sweets, almost too whimsical to eat. Almost.
Executive Chef Josh Smith‑Thirkell brings finesse to every delicate, melt‑in‑your‑mouth morsel. Think green olive and semi‑dried tomato arancini, beetroot and goats cheese tart with pickled strawberries and sorrel, and spanner crab and avocado crostini. Tier after tier of temptation.
