Canberra's City Centre will burst into life with Wonderful World, a new festival for parents, grandparents and children, celebrating creativity, discovery, community and the vibrant spirit of the heart of the city.

From live performances to hands-on experiences, Wonderful World unfolds through 50+ experiences across the City Centre - with a mix of free and ticketed events for all ages. Follow your curiosity and see what you might discover along the way.

The City Centre and Braddon will transform into a playground, a stage, and a spectacle; a place to discover what is wonderful in the world.

For one week, Canberra will burst into life with Wonderful World, a City Centre-wide festival for all generations, celebrating creativity, discovery, community and the vibrant spirit of the city.

Glebe Park will come alive as the heart of the festival, anchored by a stage brimming with wondrous shows, surrounded by installations, performances, and joyful encounters. Expect awe-inspiring activities, opportunities to discover and play, and moments to share.

Wonderful World isn't just one event or destination. It unfolds across the week, inviting you to explore, return, and uncover new moments of wonder each day, with an eclectic mix of entertainment and experiences for all generations.

ABOUT CITY RENEWAL AUTHORITY

As an agency of the ACT Government, the City Renewal Authority is charged with shaping the growth of the central parts of Canberra to make it a great place to live, explore and enjoy.
