Dinner, Uncorked: Four Winds Vineyard x Capitol Bar & Grill

Event

One night. Plenty to swirl about.

This is a local line-up worth pulling up a chair for. For one night only, Capitol Bar & Grill plays host to Four Winds Vineyard, bringing grapevine stories a little closer to the table.

Led by CEO and owner Sarah Collingwood, this is no ordinary pairing. Expect a guided wander, insider secrets, and just enough wine wisdom to impress your next dinner guest.

In the kitchen, Capitol's very own Executive Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell brings the heat with shared tables, a four-course menu shaped by smoke and flame. Bluefin tuna gilda to start, pillowy buffalo ricotta ravioli to follow, and Junee lamb sous vide, then finished over fire.

Local produce. Long conversations. Longer pours.
