Family Friendly Screenings at the NFSA

Event

The NFSA's Arc Cinema is brimming with family-friendly favourites in the coming months.

Sing along to Disney classics like The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast, complete with on-screen lyrics to beloved songs.

Discover the gentle magic of Studio Ghibli's My Neighbour Totoro or enjoy Glenn Close's deliciously wicked turn in the live-action 101 Dalmatians.

School holiday treats include The Secret Garden on 16mm and Disney's animated Alice in Wonderland. For Halloween, Tim Burton's Frankenweenie offers spooky fun, paired with a costume 'Trick or Treat' through NFSA's historic halls.

There's also a chance to see the silent Australian children's classic The Kid Stakes on 35mm, brought to life with a live accompaniment by Aria-nominated CJ Shaw.

Whether you're seeking whimsical animation, nostalgic live-action adventures, or seasonal fun, Arc Cinema's family program invites audiences to share the joy of big-screen magic together! Visit the website now for all times and dates.
