They're talking 28 loose‑leaf teas, cocktails kissed with their specialty brews, and a tower stacked with savouries and sweets almost too whimsical to eat. Almost.
Executive Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell is playing Cupid with delicate, melt‑in‑your‑mouth morsels. Think green olive and semi-dried tomato arancini, beetroot and goat's cheese tart with pickled strawberries and sorrel, and spanner crab and avocado crostini. Tier after tier of temptation.
