Spring is in the air and doggone it, life smells pawsome in Haig Park! This month we're celebrating the scent-sational superpowers of our canine friends. Did you nose that a dog's smell is somewhere between 10,000 and 100,000 times more sensitive than ours? Scent is how our BFFs explore the world, say hello and get to know who's who in the 'hood.

So come sniff out the fun at Haig Park on Sundays! Here's what's on the nose:

• Super Sniffer Sessions: Nose-work experts will be in the park with enrichment activities designed especially for dogs. Let your furry BFF follow the scent, find the treat and enjoy the very serious business of sniffing about.
• Market Sniffari: Take a nose-led wander through the Haig Park Village Markets, with tasty bites, local finds and plenty for humans and hounds to sniff out.
• Nose-Led Know-How: Want to keep your dog happy at home? Pick up practical tips from our doggie experts on creating scent-based enrichment activities for your fur buddy.
• Guess the Scent: Dogs can smell the world in ways we can barely imagine – how good is your nose? Have a go at our mystery scent table and see if you can join the super-sniffer squad.
• Scent-sational Ruffle: Enter our ruffle for the chance to win smelly treats and goodies for pooches and their favourite humans.
• Sniff for the Camera: Put your pooch front and centre in our scent-themed photo booth. Big sniff energy encouraged.
• Scents and Sounds: Wayne Kelly is back at the keys with a fresh spring mix of jazz, favourite tunes and Sunday morning sounds to enjoy while your dog takes in the scent-ery.

Paws Parties are held monthly as part of the ongoing activation of Haig Park, helping to create a welcoming public space that supports connection, wellbeing and community engagement.
