Plant giveaway

The City Renewal Authority is hosting a plant giveaway with hundreds of plants up for grabs!

These plants beautify and enrich the city's public places, and every 6 weeks we refresh them according to the season. By collecting a plant you can extend their lives and give them a new home.

Save the date:

  • Wednesday, 15 July 2026
  • from 11:30am until 1:00pm, or until they're all gone!
  • Haig Park, near the north end of Lonsdale Street, Braddon
